PARTIAL ARMING (PARTGUARD) OF A SPLIT SYSTEM
(as an extra user or manager, with and without exit time)
Partguard means arming with automatic inhibiting of a number of zones. These automatically inhibited zones
are programmed in advance by the installer.
This is used, for example, to arm the ground floor when you go to bed. Because the system is split, you can
select one or more areas from the available security areas.
1. Go to the keypad. This shows the status of the areas.
Areas 1 and 2 are disarmed.

2. Press the 0 key and then enter your code. A ‘*’ appears in the
display for every key you press. Use the 0 key to cancel an
incorrect entry and to restart a new entry of the code.

If area 1 cannot partially arm, the text ‘Open Zones’
appears. Close the zones displayed or go to ‘Arming with

Whether the beeper starts depends on how the system was
programmed by the installer.
If you hear the beeper, this means that the exit time is
starting. If, however, you do not hear the beeper, no exit
time is programmed and you must not be in the secured
area.
