DELAYING AUTOMATIC ARMING BEFORE WARNING TIME

If your system does not use maximum security and you have a code with privilege ‘Ax’, it is possible to delay

the arming time before the warning time begins. You can enter the arming time you want. The system will

then round this time to the nearest complete 10 minutes. This time plus the warning time can then be

reported over the phone lines to the central station. Ensure that you do not enter a time earlier than the

normal warning time.

In a single system :

1. The system is disarmed.

The display may show the status of the system.

2. Enter ‘0’ followed by the code with the ‘Ax’ privilege. A ‘*’

appears in the display for every key you press. Use the 0

key to cancel an incorrect entry.

3. Accept the option ‘Arm Menu’.

In a split system:

1. Both systems are disarmed.
