1. Move to the option ‘Set Manager Slot’.

2. Accept ‘Set Manager Slot’. Press the accept key again and

you can enter the required holiday period.

3. Set a holiday period running from 25 December to 2

January. Then enter the dates one after the other. When

you have entered the dates, press accept.

4. To exit this change, press the ‘X’ key twice so that

‘Finished?’ appears in the display.
