. The arming process for area 1 is operating.

Area 2 is still disarmed.

As long as the underscore is still alternating under ‘1’ and

‘2’, you can still arm area 2.

7. To arm area 2, therefore, enter ‘2’.

This is the first menu option from which you can make a

selection for area 2.

9. Use the ‘ââ’ key to go to ‘Partguard’.

10. Press the accept key here to direct arm area 2.

Area 2 begins the arming procedure.

The arrow appears to indicate that it is now possible to

inhibit zones using the ‘á’ key.

If area 2 cannot arm, the text ‘Open Zones’ appears. Close

the zones displayed or go to ‘Arming with open zones as

an extra user or manager’ on page 22.

Partguard

Whether the beeper starts depends on how the system was

programmed by the installer.

If you hear the beeper, this means that the exit time is

starting. If, however, you do not hear the beeper, no exit

time is programmed and you must not be in the secured

area.

The current status of the areas appears automatically.

Both areas are now partially armed.
