DISARMING AFTER AN ALARM AS AN EXTRA USER OR MANAGER

The bell and the flashing light are activated when an alarm is triggered in the system and a report of the

event is automatically sent over the phone lines, but only if your system has these options. When you enter

the premises after an alarm, the bell may already be silent because it has been programmed to operate for

just a few minutes. This allows there to be several alarms.

Because you can use several security areas, you can also select one security area to look at and deactivate

the alarm.

1. The current status of the areas is shown in the display. Both

areas are fully armed.

The entry period starts as soon as you open the entrance

door, or when you enter the entry zone. You can switch off

the system without activating the alarm as long as the

beeping continues. As soon as the beeping starts, the

display is illuminated.

The ‘1’ in the control panel is flashing. This indicates that an

alarm has been triggered in area 1. The red ‘Alarm’ LED is

also on.

2. Press the 0 key and then enter your code. A ‘*’ appears in

the display for every key you press. Use the 0 key to cancel

an incorrect entry.

An underscore appears alternately under ‘1’ and ‘2’.

3. To disarm area 1, therefore, enter ‘1’.

According to the extra options your code has, you may or

may not have to press the accept key ‘üü’.

The system is disarmed. There is now a summary of all

faults and alarms with the date and time of the event. In this

case there was an alarm in zone 6, the back door. The

alarm was triggered on Sunday 3 March at 23.33.

after the other.
